Refunds, Returns and Replacements
Goods may be returned if they are damaged, faulty or where the goods delivered are not those ordered.
Goods returned must be in original condition and packaging with the packing slip if not under a warranty claim.
Our warranty policy covers products for a 12 month period from purchase and covers any fault or defect as a result of the manufacturing process. Normal wear and tear or damage resulting from misuse or accident is not covered by our warranty policy.
Where possible we will repair or replace any faults at our discretion. If this is not possible we will refund the purchase or supply a credit.
